The Customer's license to use Cleed's services will automatically terminate if they violate any of these prohibitions or restrictions. Cleed reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, at its sole discretion, for any violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability

Credits Duration: For monthly subscriptions: Each credit purchased by the customer on the platform can be used personally for as long as their subscription duration. Once the period of the monthly subscription is over, the number of credits will be renewed to 0.
Credits Usage: Credits are not refundable, exchangeable, or fungible, and they hold no financial or monetary value. They cannot be considered and/or qualified as electronic money.
Transfer of Credits: Credits are not transferable from one account to another unless Cleed provides its express and prior agreement.
Cancellation Subscription: When you cancel your subscription, it is immediately terminated, and any remaining credits will no longer be available. Your credit balance will be reset to 0. Update Subscription: When you change your subscription, you will lose any remaining credits. You will only have access to the credits corresponding to the new plan.
