LinkedIn Sales Navigator Alternatives for Signal-Based Prospecting (2026)
Looking for a Sales Navigator alternative? 8 tools compared by 2026 price, contact data, and buying signals, plus the stack that beats Advanced for less.
Two of the tools on last year's "best Sales Navigator alternatives" lists will not exist by November.
Trigify announced on September 23, 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and the standalone platform closes on October 22. Common Room was folded into Zoom in July. If you bookmarked a Sales Navigator alternative six months ago, there is a fair chance it is now a login page with a farewell note.
That matters because the reason people search for a Sales Navigator alternative has not changed. Core costs $119.99 a month after the 20% increase. It still gives you no emails, no export, 50 InMails, and alerts that tell you someone posted but not whether they are buying. You want a tool that fixes at least one of those things and will still be around at renewal time.
This guide covers eight Sales Navigator alternatives with verified 2026 prices, sorts them by which gap they fill, and adds one column no other list has: whether the tool touches your LinkedIn session, which matters a lot after the March 2026 automation crackdown. Getcleed is on the list. It is in its lane, at its price, with its limits stated.
Why Teams Look for a Sales Navigator Alternative in 2026
Sales Navigator is still the best LinkedIn search product there is. Nobody leaves because the filters are bad. They leave because of what happens after the search.
The price and the InMail math
LinkedIn's own plan page lists Core at $119.99 a month, or $1,079.88 a year. Advanced is $159.99 a month, or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus is quote-only and lands around $1,600 per seat per year for most teams. We broke down the full increase in our Sales Navigator pricing analysis for 2026.
Every tier includes the same 50 InMail credits a month. That is roughly two per business day. When you run out, LinkedIn raised the price of extra credits from $3 to $21 each in October 2025. An SDR who sends 100 InMails a month is now paying $120 for the seat and $1,050 for the second 50 messages.
A five-rep team on Core spends $7,200 a year before a single email address is found. That number is the moment most teams start looking at Sales Navigator competitors.
What Sales Navigator does not do
Here is the list that no Sales Navigator pricing page prints:
- No contact data. No email addresses or phone numbers on any plan, including Advanced Plus.
- No export. There is no CSV button. Searches cap at 2,500 results, and Core and Advanced have no API.
- No signals beyond LinkedIn. Alerts cover job changes, posts, and company news inside LinkedIn. Funding, hiring, tech changes, and competitor engagement outside the feed are invisible.
- No scoring or timing. An alert says "this person posted." It does not say whether the post is a buying signal or rank them against the other 400 people on your list.
- No outreach. You still start every message from a blank box. Message Assist is in public beta and drafts from the profile, not from the activity.
Priya runs a four-person SDR team at a Series A compliance startup in Austin. In August 2026 her renewal came through at $5,760 a year for Core, up from $4,800. Her reps were each burning their 50 InMails by the 12th of the month and then buying credits at $21. She pulled the quarter's numbers: 600 InMails sent, 41 replies, nine meetings.
At $640 per meeting, the tool was not the problem. The lack of any way to tell which 50 of the 600 were worth an InMail was.
Three Kinds of Sales Navigator Alternatives (Pick the Job First)
Most alternatives lists compare tools that do completely different jobs. That is because "Sales Navigator alternative" means three different things depending on which gap hurt you.
1. Contact data and export. You want a database with emails and direct dials you can put in a sequencer or a CRM. Apollo, Kaspr, Lusha, Cognism, and ZoomInfo live here. These replace Sales Navigator's search with their own.
2. A layer on top of Sales Navigator. You like the search. You just want to get contacts out of it. Wiza and similar Chrome extensions turn a Sales Navigator list into a CSV with emails. These do not replace the seat. They add $49 to $199 a month to it.
3. A signal and timing layer. You have a list. You want to know who on it is showing buying intent this week and what to say to them. Getcleed and UserGems are in this group, and Trigify and Common Room used to be. These can run with Sales Navigator or without it.
Name the gap before you shortlist, the same way we split the Clay alternatives by which of Clay's three jobs you used. A team that needs phone numbers will be disappointed by a signal tool, and a team drowning in unranked lists will not be fixed by a bigger database.

The 8 Best Sales Navigator Alternatives in 2026 (Compared)
Prices below are from the vendors' pricing pages or published contract data as of September 2026. "Touches LinkedIn session" means the tool runs inside your logged-in LinkedIn account through an extension or automation, which is where restriction risk lives.
| Tool | Replaces which gap | Entry price (2026) | Buying signals | Touches LinkedIn session |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Getcleed | Signals, scoring, outreach | $39/mo Starter, $89/mo Pro | Yes, 11+ LinkedIn signal types plus custom | No |
| Apollo.io | Contact data + sequencing | $49/user/mo annual ($59 monthly) | Basic intent add-on | Extension optional |
| Kaspr | LinkedIn contact reveal | $49/user/mo annual | No | Yes (extension) |
| Lusha | Contact enrichment | $36/user/mo annual | Limited intent tier | Yes (extension) |
| Wiza | Export from Sales Nav | $49/mo (needs Sales Nav) | No | Yes (extension) |
| Cognism | EMEA mobile data | ~$1,500-$2,500/user/yr + platform fee | Bombora intent add-on | Extension optional |
| ZoomInfo | Enterprise database | ~$33,500 average contract | Yes, enterprise intent | No |
| UserGems | Champion job-change tracking | $3,000/mo list, ~$30,250 median deal | Yes, job changes | No |
Getcleed
Getcleed is a signal and outreach layer, not a search engine. You bring a list (CSV, a Sales Navigator list, post engagers, or HubSpot contacts) or describe your ICP and let it discover prospects. It then reads each person's recent LinkedIn posts, comments, and reactions, detects buying signals like job changes, competitor engagement, and pain-point posts, and scores them 0-100. Every scored prospect comes with a hook that quotes the specific activity, plus a drafted email or LinkedIn message.
Starter is $39 a month for 100 scored prospects. Pro is $89 for 3,000, with daily auto-rescore and CRM sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Attio. There is a 7-day free trial.
What it does not do: it is not a 275-million-contact database, though discovery runs on Apollo data. It watches LinkedIn only, so a funding round shows up when the company posts about it, not from a filing. There is no dialer and no sequencer. If your gap is phone numbers, look further down.
Apollo.io
Apollo is the all-in-one that most teams reach for first. You get a database of over 200 million contacts with emails and phones, sequences, a dialer, and basic intent. Pricing runs $49 per user a month on annual billing for Basic, $79 for Professional, and $119 for Organization, which needs three seats. Monthly billing is $59, $99, and $149.
The trade-off is credits. Exports and phone reveals draw from a monthly pool, and the plan you pick rarely matches the pool you use.
Data decays too. We have seen bounce rates of 20% to 30% on older Apollo records. Apollo tells you who exists. It does not tell you who is in market this week, which is why teams pair it with a signal layer. Our Getcleed vs Apollo comparison covers exactly where each one stops.
Kaspr
Kaspr is a Chrome extension that reveals emails and phone numbers on LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator lists. Starter is $49 per user a month billed annually with 100 phone credits and unlimited B2B emails. It is European-owned (Cognism bought it in 2022) and strong on EU mobile numbers.
It is the simplest way to turn a Sales Navigator search into contactable data. It is also an extension running inside your LinkedIn session. After the crackdown, keep the daily reveal volume modest and do not stack it with a connection-request automator.
Lusha
Lusha is the budget enrichment pick. Pro is $36 per user a month on annual billing with 480 credits a year. Premium is $69 with 960 credits. The free tier gives you 40 credits a month, which is enough to test accuracy on your own ICP before paying.
Lusha's database is smaller than Apollo's and the prospecting features are thin beyond the extension and a basic search. It suits a founder or a two-person team who needs 30 emails a week and nothing else.
Wiza (the add-on, not the replacement)
Wiza is on every Sales Navigator alternatives list and it is not an alternative. It is an exporter. You run a Sales Navigator search, Wiza scrapes it, finds emails, and hands you a CSV. Starter is $49 a month, the Email plan is $83 a month on annual billing, and Email plus Phone is $166.
You still need the $119.99 Sales Navigator seat. So Wiza's real price is $169 to $286 a month per rep. It solves the export problem well. It leaves the "who is worth contacting" problem exactly where it was, and it runs inside your session.
Cognism
Cognism is the enterprise choice for phone-verified mobile numbers, especially in EMEA. Pricing is not published. Published contract data puts a Prospector seat at roughly $1,500 to $2,500 a year, plus a platform fee, with median contracts around $36,000. Diamond Data and Bombora intent push that higher.
For a 20-rep team selling into Europe with a real need for direct dials, it earns the contract. For a team under 10, the platform fee alone exceeds the Sales Navigator bill you were trying to cut.
ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo has the largest B2B database in North America and the most mature intent layer. Average contracts land around $33,500 a year and are consumption-based, so usage grows the bill. It does not touch your LinkedIn session at all.
It is the correct answer for an enterprise revenue team with a RevOps owner. It is the wrong answer for anyone whose reason to leave Sales Navigator was the price.
UserGems
UserGems does one signal extremely well: it tracks when your customers, champions, and past buyers change jobs, and alerts you when they land somewhere new. Core lists at $3,000 a month. Vendr's data shows a median negotiated deal of $30,250 with a $3,000 to $10,000 implementation fee.
It replaces Sales Navigator's job-change alert with a much better one that is tied to your CRM history. It replaces nothing else. Pair it with a database, and if the price is out of reach, Getcleed's job_change signal covers the same trigger for any list you upload.
Two names you will not find above. Trigify announced on September 23, 2026 that the team is joining HubSpot and the platform shuts down at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026; customer data is not moving to HubSpot. Common Room, the $85-a-month self-serve signal tool, was acquired by Zoom in July 2026 and is being folded into Zoom Revenue Accelerator. If you are on either one, you are shopping again whether you planned to or not.
Marcus is a solo founder selling a procurement tool to mid-market manufacturers. He was paying $149 a month for Trigify Essential to watch LinkedIn keywords, plus $119.99 for Sales Navigator to find the people behind the posts. When the Trigify notice landed, he exported what he could and moved his 900 saved Sales Navigator leads into Getcleed Pro at $89.
The first rescore flagged 61 of them with signals in the past 30 days, 14 of which had engaged with a competitor's post. He sent 14 messages that week and booked four calls. His signal spend went from $149 to $89 and he stopped reading the LinkedIn feed by hand.

Sales Navigator Alternatives by Use Case
If you skipped to this section, here is the shortlist by the problem you are solving.
- You need emails and phones for a sequencer. Apollo. It is the only sub-$100 tool with data, sequences, and a dialer in one place. Add a signal layer once the list is built.
- You like Sales Navigator's search but need the contacts out. Kaspr if you want a low-volume extension with EU mobiles. Wiza if you export whole lists. Budget for the Sales Navigator seat on top.
- You have lists and nobody is replying. Getcleed. Score the list, contact the 90-plus scores first, and use the hooks. This is the cheapest fix for the "600 InMails, nine meetings" problem.
- You are a founder doing 30 emails a week. Lusha free tier plus Getcleed Starter is $39 a month total. That replaces a $119.99 seat for most solo sellers.
- You sell into Europe and need verified mobiles at scale. Cognism, and accept the platform fee.
- You are an enterprise team with RevOps. ZoomInfo for data and intent, UserGems if champion tracking drives your pipeline.
- You are replacing Trigify or Common Room specifically. Getcleed for LinkedIn-native signals at $39 to $89. Common Room's team plan was $2,500 a month; the drop is real.
Whichever you choose, check the "touches LinkedIn session" column. LinkedIn now scores behavior rather than raw volume, and the weekly connection cap applies to every account regardless of which extension is installed - our guide to LinkedIn prospecting without automation covers the safe volumes.
When to Keep Sales Navigator (and What to Pair It With)
Most teams that go looking for a Sales Navigator replacement end up keeping it. That is not a failure. Core's search is worth $120 to anyone who uses it daily, sends 30 or more InMails a month, and prospects primarily on LinkedIn. The 2026 AI features like Lead IQ and Account IQ made the research side better, not worse.
The mistake is paying for Advanced ($159.99) to get "buyer intent" and CRM sync that most small teams never turn on. The smarter stack keeps Core and adds the layer Sales Navigator will never have.
| Stack per seat | Monthly cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Navigator Advanced | $159.99 | Search, 50 InMails, TeamLink, LinkedIn-only intent |
| Sales Navigator Core + Getcleed Starter | $158.99 | Search, 50 InMails, 100 scored prospects, hooks, AI messages |
| Sales Navigator Core + Getcleed Pro | $208.99 | Search, 50 InMails, 3,000 scored prospects, daily rescore, CRM sync |
| Apollo Basic + Getcleed Starter | $88 | Data, sequences, dialer, 100 scored prospects, hooks |
The first two rows cost within a dollar of each other. One gives you a team org chart. The other tells you which 50 of your 600 saved leads to spend InMails on. Sales Navigator lists import into Getcleed directly, so the workflow is: search in Sales Navigator, save the list, score it, message the top of the list with the hook it hands you.

Sales Navigator Alternatives FAQ
Can you export contacts from Sales Navigator?
Not natively. There is no CSV button on Core or Advanced, searches are capped at 2,500 results, and only Advanced Plus gets CRM writeback. To get a list out you need an extension like Wiza or Kaspr, or a tool like Getcleed that imports Sales Navigator lists directly.
What is the cheapest Sales Navigator alternative?
Lusha's free tier (40 credits a month) for contact data, and Getcleed Starter at $39 a month for signals and outreach. Apollo's free plan works for search but limits exports hard. None of them replicate Sales Navigator's filters; they replace the jobs around the search.
Is there a free Sales Navigator alternative?
Free LinkedIn with Boolean search gets you part of the way, and the free tiers of Apollo and Lusha add some contact data. For anything past a handful of prospects a week, you will pay somewhere. The question is whether you pay for search, data, or signals.
Does Sales Navigator have buying signals?
It has alerts: job changes, posts, company news, and on Advanced a LinkedIn-only "buyer intent" score at the account level. It does not score individuals, read what a post means, or generate outreach from it. That is the gap signal tools fill.
Is Trigify still available?
No. Trigify announced on September 23, 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and the standalone platform closes on October 22, 2026. Customer data is not transferred. Alternatives for LinkedIn signals include Getcleed and, at enterprise prices, UserGems.
Which alternative is safest after the LinkedIn automation crackdown?
Tools that never enter your LinkedIn session: Getcleed, ZoomInfo, UserGems, and Apollo without the extension. Extension-based tools like Kaspr, Lusha, and Wiza are widely used, but keep volumes low and never combine them with connection or messaging automation. Our automation crackdown breakdown explains what LinkedIn now detects.
The Verdict on Sales Navigator Alternatives in 2026
Sales Navigator earns its $119.99 if you search daily and send your InMails. It does not earn it as your only tool, and it never gave you contact data, export, scoring, or outreach in the first place.
Three takeaways:
- Name the gap before you shop. Data (Apollo, Kaspr, Lusha, Cognism, ZoomInfo), export on top of Sales Navigator (Wiza), or signals and timing (Getcleed, UserGems). Different problems, different tools.
- Check who will still exist at renewal. Trigify is gone on October 22. Common Room is now a Zoom product. The signal category is consolidating, and the sub-$100 tier is where independent tools remain.
- The best Sales Navigator alternative for most small teams is not a replacement. It is Core plus a signal layer, which costs the same as Advanced and fixes the problem Advanced does not.
Dana, an SDR lead at a 12-person HR-tech company in Toronto, ran exactly that test in September 2026. Her reps kept Core, imported their saved lists into Getcleed, and for one month only InMailed prospects scoring 80 or above.
Reply rate went from 7% to 19% on a third of the InMail volume. She did not cancel Sales Navigator. She stopped wasting it.
