Seamless.AI Pricing in 2026: The Plans They Stopped Publishing
Seamless.AI pricing in 2026: the $147 Basic plan, the $79-$299 Pro band, the April switch to 10,000 credits a month, what a credit costs, and the 60-day rule.
TL;DR: Seamless.AI pricing in 2026 has one published number, and it is zero: a free plan with 50 credits that never refill. Everything else is a quote. Buyer reports put the Basic plan at $147 a user a month on annual billing for 250 credits a month, the Pro plan between $79 and $299 a user a month with a five-seat minimum, and Enterprise from about $149 a seat. Real contracts average $8,300 a year for small and mid-size companies, per SpendHound's 160-customer dataset. The fact no other guide carries: on 1 April 2026 Seamless replaced Pro's 1,000 credits a day with 10,000 a month, which is a third of the old nominal allowance and a very different product. The arithmetic that follows: a Basic credit costs about 59 cents, a Pro credit about one to three cents, and the $49 top-up pack is six times cheaper per credit than Basic's included allowance. Below: the plan table, what changed this year, the per-credit maths, a five-seat quote across the reported band, the cost of a contact that works, the 60-day rule, and how to negotiate.
Type seamless.ai/pricing into a browser today and you land on seamless.ai/pricing-inquiry. It is a demo form. The headline reads "Perfect Pricing for Startups to the Fortune 500" and the only pricing sentence on the page promises "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment." No tiers, no numbers.
That's new. As recently as August 2026 the page showed three tiers, and a year ago it showed a Basic plan with a price on it. So the question behind every search for Seamless.AI pricing is now a reconstruction job: what the plans are, what people pay, and what a credit buys after a restructure the vendor announced only in its help center. This guide does that reconstruction, names the source and the bias for every figure, and says what we would do with the result. We build a signal layer that reads a list after a tool like Seamless has produced it, so we have a view. It gets one section at the end.
How Much Does Seamless.AI Cost in 2026?
Seamless.AI costs $0 for a free plan with 50 lifetime credits, about $147 a user a month for the Basic plan on annual billing, and a negotiated $79 to $299 a user a month for Pro with a five-seat minimum. Enterprise starts near $149 a seat. Every paid plan is a 12-month contract, and companies with 50 to 1,000 employees pay an average of $8,300 a year.
| Plan | Reported price | Credits | Seats | Source and date |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50 Universal Credits, one time, never replenished | 1 | seamless.ai homepage and help center, 21 Oct 2026 |
| Basic | $147 a user a month, annual billing ($1,764 a year) | 250 a month, refreshed on the contract date | 1 and up | Shown in-app after signup; Lindy (Jan 2026), Costbench (Jul 2026) |
| Pro | Quote only; $79 to $299 a user a month reported | 10,000 a month a user, refreshed monthly (accounts opened from 1 Apr 2026) | 5 minimum | Reddit via Cognism (Apr 2026), ToolRadar (Oct 2026), MarketBetter (Jun 2026) |
| Enterprise | Quote only; from about $149 a seat, $20,000 to $100,000 a year reported | Custom, plus a bulk pool | 5 minimum | Cognism, Saleshandy (Oct 2026) |
Three things to know before you lean on that table.
Only the free plan and the credit counts come from Seamless. The 50, 250 and 10,000 figures are quoted from the company's own credit and licence overview, which is the one place it still publishes plan details. Every dollar figure for a paid plan is a buyer report relayed by a competing vendor. Lindy, Cognism, MarketBetter and Saleshandy all sell something that competes with Seamless, so treat the framing as hostile and the figures as a band.
The Pro band is wide because it is negotiated. The $79 figure is a Reddit buyer from July 2025 who got 1,000 credits and paid $49 per 500 more. The $299 figure is the top of a range MarketBetter attributes to Sybill. Neither is a list price, because there isn't one. The honest statement is that five seats of Pro cost between $4,740 and $17,940 a year, and that the gap is closed by negotiation, seat count and what the rep thinks you will sign.
The averages are the best evidence. SpendHound, a spend-management vendor with de-identified data from 160 Seamless customers, reports an average of $8,300 a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $13,201 for companies above 1,000, updated 1 October 2026. Vendr's median, relayed by Supered the same week, is $8,350. Two independent datasets landing within $50 of each other is as close to a price as Seamless.AI pricing gets. Both are down on the year: SpendHound reports SMB spend fell 0.47% and enterprise spend fell 7.94%.
What Changed in Seamless.AI Pricing This Year
Three changes, none of them announced on the pricing page.
The pricing page became a form
In Cleanlist's record, the page still listed Free, Pro and Enterprise on 7 August 2026, with AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent marked as add-ons. By 8 October it redirected to the inquiry form, and it still does on 21 October. The Basic plan, which was on the public page in early 2026 at $147, now appears only after you create a free account and open the upgrade screen. If you want to see it without talking to a rep, that is the route.
Pro went from 1,000 credits a day to 10,000 a month
This is the change that matters and the one almost every guide on page one has missed. Seamless's credit overview now reads: "Pro License: Users receive 10,000 Universal Credits per month. These credits refresh monthly on the contract date." The old model, 1,000 credits a day that reset at midnight UTC, is listed as "Legacy Standard Credit Pro" and applies only to "eligible legacy accounts created before April 1, 2026."
The nominal allowance fell by two thirds. A thousand a day was about 30,000 a month. Ten thousand a month is ten thousand. For a team that never used the daily allowance, which Derrick's analysis estimated lost 30% to 50% of paid capacity to the midnight reset, the new model is arguably better: the credits wait for you. For a team that was built around the daily volume, it is a 3x cut at the same price. Any Seamless.AI pricing guide that still says "1,000 credits a day" is describing a plan you can't buy.
Everything became a Universal Credit
"As of June 2026, all legacy Standard and premium credits are being transitioned to Universal Credits," with premium credits converting 1:1. Universal Credits are spent on contact research, Data Enrich, Autopilot, the AI Assistant and the API from one pool. That sounds like flexibility. It also means a feature you did not think of as data, such as the AI writer, now draws from the same allowance as your lookups. The next section prices that.
Marisol manages a six-rep team at a staffing firm in Tampa. They signed Pro in February 2026 at a reported $89 a seat, on the daily model, and built a routine around it: each rep pulled 400 to 600 contacts a day into the dialer. In June the account was migrated. The team's allowance went from roughly 180,000 nominal credits a month to 60,000. By the third week of July the pool was empty, Autopilot had been quietly running in the background, and the rep's answer was a bulk credit block. Marisol's contract didn't change. Her product did.

How Seamless.AI Credits Work
A credit is the unit everything above is priced in, so it is worth being exact about what one buys. The figures below are from Seamless's own help center.
What one credit buys
One Universal Credit researches one contact and returns the full profile: emails, phone numbers and the firmographic fields together. That's a fairer unit than most of the market. Apollo charges one credit for an email and eight for a phone, and Lusha charges one for an email and five for a phone. On Seamless, a contact with a mobile and a contact without one cost the same credit.
The same credit is also spent at one per row on Data Enrich, one per contact on Autopilot, and at a variable rate on the API. The two that catch teams are enrichment and Autopilot. Enriching a 5,000-row CRM export is 5,000 credits, half of a Pro seat's month. Autopilot prospects on its own schedule in the background and spends a credit for every contact it finds, which is how Marisol's pool emptied in July.
The 0.2-credit AI meter
The AI Assistant costs 0.2 credits per interaction and AI Campaigns cost 0.2 credits per generated message. That's small per message and large per team. A rep who generates 50 AI messages a day spends 10 credits a day on writing, about 220 a month, which is almost a full Basic allowance. On Pro it is 2% of the month. The point is less the cost than the fact that it is metered at all, and that the meter is shared with your lookups.
Credit-back covers emails, and only emails
The homepage promise is: "If an email is invalid, we automatically refund your credit. No forms, no hassle, no questions asked." The scope is narrower than the sentence. Per the help center as relayed by Overloop, the refund applies to emails that Seamless's own verifier flags as invalid. It doesn't apply to phone numbers, to soft bounces, to role-based addresses or to company data. The 414 million phone numbers Seamless advertises are sold with no refund path. Since a credit returns the phone and the email together, a contact with a working email and a dead mobile is a credit spent and kept.
What One Seamless.AI Credit Costs by Plan
Divide the price by the allowance and the plan names stop meaning what they seem to. No page-one guide does this.
| Plan | Price a user a month | Credits a user a month | Cost per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $147 | 250 | $0.59 |
| Pro at $79 | $79 | 10,000 | $0.008 |
| Pro at $99 | $99 | 10,000 | $0.010 |
| Pro at $147 | $147 | 10,000 | $0.015 |
| Pro at $299 | $299 | 10,000 | $0.030 |
| Top-up pack | $49 per 500 | n/a | $0.098 |
Three things fall out of that table.
Basic is the most expensive data Seamless sells. At 59 cents a credit it is 20 to 74 times the Pro rate, and it is the only plan with a visible price. A solo rep on Basic who reveals 250 contacts a month pays $1,764 a year for 3,000 contacts. The same 3,000 contacts on Pro at $99 would cost $30 of a $1,188 seat. The problem is the five-seat minimum, which means a solo rep can't buy Pro. Basic is the plan for the person Seamless will not sell Pro to.
The top-up pack is cheaper than Basic's included credits. A Basic user who runs out and buys 500 credits for $49 pays 9.8 cents each, a sixth of what the credits in the plan cost. The usual advice with credit-based tools is to size the plan so you never buy overage. On Seamless Basic, the better move is the reverse: treat the $147 as the price of the seat and the extension, and buy the credits you need in packs.
Pro's credit is cheap, and that is the sales pitch. At one to three cents a contact with phone included, Pro undercuts every monthly-billed database in the category on paper. Apollo's Basic credit is about two cents and buys an email only. Lusha's is about nine cents and a phone is five of them. The reason Pro isn't the obvious answer is the next three sections: the contract, the data quality and what the quote grows into.
Seamless.AI Pro Pricing: What Five Seats Cost for a Year
The five-seat minimum means the smallest Pro contract is five times the seat price times twelve. Here is that number across the reported band, and against the two averages.
| Seat price | Five seats, a year | Ten seats, a year | Credits a year, five seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| $79 | $4,740 | $9,480 | 600,000 |
| $99 | $5,940 | $11,880 | 600,000 |
| $147 | $8,820 | $17,640 | 600,000 |
| $299 | $17,940 | $35,880 | 600,000 |
| SpendHound SMB average | $8,300 | ||
| Vendr median | $8,350 |
Read the averages against the band. An $8,300 contract is five seats at about $138 a month, or ten seats at $69, or five seats at $99 plus one add-on. All three shapes are real. What the averages rule out is the $79 floor at five seats with nothing attached: almost nobody lands there, and you won't either. They also rule out $299 at five seats for a small company. The realistic quote for a five-rep team is $6,000 to $9,000 before add-ons, which is what the 10-10 reviews on the Seamless.AI alternatives page reported too.
Where the add-ons take it
Seamless marks Buyer Intent, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and the AI Assistant as add-ons, and prices none of them publicly. Two competing vendors, Saleshandy and Amplemarket, publish the same third-party ranges: Buyer Intent $79 to $199 a user a month, Data Enrichment $99 to $199, Job Changes $49 to $99, AI Writer $29 to $49, Autopilot about $1,200 a month flat. Treat those as estimates from parties with a motive. Then do the arithmetic anyway, because the shape is right even if the figures drift.
| Five-seat Pro at $99 | Annual |
|---|---|
| Base licence | $5,940 |
| Add Buyer Intent at $79 a seat | +$4,740 |
| Add Data Enrichment at $99 a seat | +$5,940 |
| Total | $16,620 |
One add-on at the bottom of its range nearly doubles the base. Two take it to 2.8 times. MarketBetter's estimate that add-ons add 40% to 60% to the licence is, if anything, conservative. If the quote you receive is well above the band, the first thing to do is ask which of these is on it.
What a Usable Contact Costs on Seamless.AI
The per-credit price assumes the credit returns a contact you can use. Reviews put Seamless's real-world bounce and bad-number rate between 20% and 30%, and the credit-back rule only refunds verifier-flagged emails. For a team that dials, the dead mobiles are paid for. Here is the price of a contact that works, at both rates.
| Plan | Cost per credit | Per usable contact at 20% bad | Per usable contact at 30% bad |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $0.59 | $0.74 | $0.84 |
| Pro at $99 | $0.010 | $0.012 | $0.014 |
| Pro at $299 | $0.030 | $0.037 | $0.043 |
Pro survives the adjustment. Basic doesn't: 84 cents for a usable contact is in UpLead territory, and UpLead verifies at export and refunds every bounce. The honest conclusion is that Seamless.AI pricing is good value on Pro for a US team that works at volume, and poor value on Basic for anyone, which is why Basic is the plan the company stopped showing.

The Contract: Annual, 60 Days, All Sales Final
Everything above is the price of the product. This is the price of the terms, and for a lot of buyers it is the larger number.
Seamless's terms of use, last updated 12 July 2024, say four things in plain language. "All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles." Monthly billing does not mean a monthly contract; it means a 12-month commitment paid in twelve pieces. To leave, "you must complete the applicable subscription modification in the Seamless.AI platform no later than 60 days prior to the next annual contract renewal date." Otherwise "the annual contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months." And: "all sales are final once you elect to purchase a subscription." Fee changes are "effective immediately upon notice."
The arithmetic of a missed window is the whole contract again. Five seats at $99 is $5,940 for a year you did not want. The SpendHound average is $8,300. Ten seats at the top of the band is $35,880. There's no partial refund path in the terms for any of those.
The reviews describe the window in practice. Seamless holds a 1.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot across 311 reviews, 83% of them one star. On 7 October 2026 one reviewer wrote that "their portal puts a mandatory meeting between me and submitting a nonrenewal request," and another that "they lock you in for 12 months with no break clause and send you to collections." The G2 score is 4.4 out of 5 on more than 5,400 reviews, from active users who rate the extension and the speed. Both are true. The population that writes the Trustpilot reviews is the population that tried to leave.
The step-by-step exit, including the day-90 reminder and the written confirmation outside the platform, is on the alternatives page and we will not repeat it here. The one line that belongs in a pricing guide: the cheapest term in a Seamless contract is the renewal date written on the order form, and the second cheapest is a 30-day notice window negotiated down from 60. Ask for both before you discuss the seat price.
How to Negotiate Seamless.AI Pricing
Seamless sells through reps, on annual terms, against a quarter. That is a negotiable product. Here is a sequence with numbers in it.
- Open the Basic screen before the demo. Create a free account and look at the upgrade page. The $147 figure is your reference for what Seamless charges a user who has nothing to bargain with, and the Pro quote should land well under it per seat.
- Anchor on the averages, not the band. Say $8,300 out loud. SpendHound's 160 customers and Vendr's median agree on it, and a rep who hears a real number prices differently from one who hears "what does it cost?"
- Ask for the per-seat price at the next seat band. Saleshandy's reported volume discounts are 5% to 10% at 10 to 19 users and 15% to 20% at 20 to 49. Those are unsourced estimates, but the structure is standard. Ask for the 10-seat rate on 5 seats and see what happens.
- Strip the add-ons first. Buyer Intent, Enrichment, Autopilot and the AI Assistant are each a line on the quote. Removing two you will not use is a bigger saving than any discount, and it leaves the rep's discount budget for the seats.
- Size the credits to the new model. Ten thousand a month a seat is 120,000 a year a seat. Work out what the team will use, including enrichment and Autopilot, and if it is well under, ask for a lower seat price rather than credits you will not spend. If it is over, negotiate a bulk pool at the signing rate, not at $49 per 500.
- Get the renewal date and the notice method on the order form. Not in the master terms. The date, the 60 days counted back from it, and the exact place in the platform where the modification is made.
- Ask for 30 days and a non-renewing contract. The default is 60 and auto-renew. If the rep refuses both, you have learned something about the renewal pressure, and you should set the reminder at day 100.
- Time it to the quarter and name the alternative. The last two weeks of March, June, September and December. Five Apollo Professional seats are $4,740 a year with 48,000 credits a seat and no annual term; the Apollo pricing breakdown has the credit meter. A rep who knows you have that quote in hand prices Pro against it.
Do all eight and a five-seat quote of $9,000 with Buyer Intent attached lands between $5,500 and $7,000 on a contract with a written renewal date. That's still an annual commitment. It's a better one.
Which Seamless.AI Plan Should You Pick?
| If you are | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A solo rep or founder | Free, then a monthly-billed alternative | 50 credits spent on the right 50 people is a free month; Basic at 59 cents a credit on a 12-month term is not the step up from it |
| A solo rep who must have the extension and the real-time crawl | Basic, with top-up packs | $147 buys the seat; the credits in the plan cost six times what the $49 packs do, so buy packs |
| Five to ten US reps who dial at volume every day | Pro, negotiated to the averages | One to three cents a contact with phone included, 10,000 a month a seat; the credit is the cheapest in the category |
| A team that prospects in bursts or sells outside the US | Neither; see the alternatives sorted by contract | The annual term and the 60-day window cost more than the credits save |
| Twenty seats and up with an API or Autopilot plan | Enterprise, with the bulk pool sized in the contract | The flat Autopilot fee and the API draw make the per-seat allowance irrelevant; price the pool |
The mistake most teams make with Seamless.AI pricing is reading Basic as the entry-level plan. It's the plan for the buyer who can't meet the Pro minimum, priced accordingly. If you have five reps, Pro is the only plan worth quoting. If you have one, the free plan plus a monthly-billed tool is almost always cheaper than Basic, and the Lusha credit maths is a good place to check that for a phone-first rep.
When Seamless.AI Is Worth the Price
Seamless is worth its price in three situations. When your reps dial US numbers at volume every working day, because one to three cents for a contact with a phone number attached is a price no verified database matches, and the 20% to 30% that fail are cheap to discard at that rate. When your targets are companies too new for a static database to have indexed, because a real-time crawl finds a contact at a firm incorporated last month. And when you run your own verifier and treat the export as raw material, which turns the bounce rate from a cost into a filter.
It is poor value in two. When you are one person, because Basic at $1,764 a year for 3,000 contacts is beaten by almost every monthly plan in the category, several of which refund bounces. And when the team's volume is irregular, because a 12-month contract with a 60-day exit window is a bad shape for a product whose value depends on using the allowance every month.
Theo runs a three-person outbound team at a Raleigh HVAC software company. In March 2026 he was quoted Pro at $8,400 for five seats, two of which nobody would use, because five is the minimum. He asked for the Basic price instead and was shown $147 a seat. He did the per-credit sum on a napkin: 59 cents on Basic against about 14 cents on Pro once he spread five seats across three users. He signed Pro, set the renewal reminder for day 100, and never activated the two spare seats. The arithmetic was still better than Basic.
What 10,000 Credits a Month Cannot Tell You
A Pro seat returns up to 10,000 contacts a month with emails and phones attached. It doesn't say which of them is in the market this quarter. Buyer Intent, the add-on, narrows the company list by topic. It doesn't say which VP at the company posted last week about the problem you solve, or which one changed jobs in September and inherited a budget.
Getcleed sits on top of a list like that. It takes the export, from Seamless, Apollo or a CSV, reads the public LinkedIn activity of every person on it, and scores each row from 0 to 100 on buying signals: a job change, engagement with a competitor's post, a hiring announcement, a post about the pain you sell into. It writes a hook for the ones worth a message and rescores the list every night. It costs $129 a month, or $99 a month on annual billing, flat, for 1,000 leads analyzed, and the current pricing is on one page. No seat minimum, no annual term, no notice window. It isn't a database, so it needs Seamless or something like it in front of it. The database-versus-signal split for the category and the seat-by-seat comparison against Apollo are on their own pages.
On a 10,000-contact month, the 95-5 rule says 500 to 800 of those people are showing a signal in a given week. Those are the ones to dial first. The rest are a credit spent on someone who will be ready later, which is fine on Pro at a penny each and expensive on Basic at 59 cents.
Priya is a sales lead at a Denver fintech with four reps on a Seamless Pro contract at about $7,200 a year. In September 2026 she exported 6,000 contacts for a Q4 campaign and was about to ask for a bulk credit block to go wider. She scored the export first. About 7% of the rows, 430 people, had a live signal in the previous 30 days. The team worked those first and booked 14 meetings in three weeks. The bulk block never got ordered, and it didn't need to. The $99 a month told four reps who to call, and the 10,000 credits a seat went further than they had in any previous quarter.
Seamless.AI Pricing FAQ
How much does Seamless.AI cost per month?
The Basic plan is reported at $147 a user a month on annual billing, with 250 credits a month. Pro is quote-only, with buyer reports from $79 to $299 a user a month and a five-seat minimum. Monthly billing is available, but under Seamless's terms every paid subscription is an annual contract, so a monthly price is one twelfth of a 12-month commitment.
Does Seamless.AI have a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives one user 50 Universal Credits that never replenish, with the Chrome extension, real-time search and CSV export. It is the only plan with a published price. Fifty contacts chosen well is a free month of prospecting; fifty spent in search order is gone in an afternoon.
How much does Seamless.AI Pro cost?
Seamless publishes no Pro price. Buyer reports range from $79 to $299 a user a month, with five seats minimum, so $4,740 to $17,940 a year for the smallest contract. Real contracts average $8,300 a year across SpendHound's 160 tracked customers. Since 1 April 2026, new Pro accounts receive 10,000 Universal Credits a seat a month rather than 1,000 a day.
How do Seamless.AI credits work?
One Universal Credit researches one contact and returns the emails, phone numbers and company data together. Data Enrich costs one credit a row, Autopilot one a contact, and the AI Assistant and AI Campaigns 0.2 credits per interaction or generated message. Free accounts get 50 that never refill, Basic 250 a month, and Pro 10,000 a month, refreshed on the contract date. Invalid emails flagged by Seamless's verifier are refunded. Phone numbers are not.
Can you cancel Seamless.AI?
Only at the end of the annual term, and only by completing the subscription modification in the platform at least 60 days before the renewal date. Miss the window and the contract renews for 12 months. The terms say all sales are final, so there is no refund for the renewed year. Reviewers in October 2026 describe a required meeting before the non-renewal request can be submitted, so start at day 90.
Is Seamless.AI worth the price?
For a five-plus-seat US team that dials every day, yes: one to three cents a contact with a phone included is the cheapest credit in the category, even after discarding the 20% to 30% that fail. For a solo rep, no: Basic works out at 59 cents a credit on a 12-month term, and monthly-billed tools beat it. For a team with irregular volume or non-US targets, the contract shape costs more than the credits save.
The Short Version
Seamless.AI pricing in 2026 is a free plan, a hidden $147 Basic plan, a negotiated $79 to $299 Pro plan with five seats minimum, and a custom Enterprise tier, all on 12-month auto-renewing contracts. Five things to carry into the decision:
- Real contracts average $8,300 a year for SMBs and $13,201 for enterprises. Anchor on those, not the band.
- Pro changed on 1 April 2026 from 1,000 credits a day to 10,000 a month. Size the contract to the new number, and ignore any guide still quoting the old one.
- Basic is the expensive tier: 59 cents a credit against one to three cents on Pro, and the $49 top-up pack is six times cheaper than the credits in the plan.
- Add-ons are where the quote grows. Buyer Intent and Enrichment each roughly double a five-seat base. Strip them before you negotiate the seat.
- The renewal date and the notice method belong on the order form. A missed window is the whole contract again, with no refund path.
If you are about to take the demo call, open the Basic screen first and bring the $8,300 figure with you. If you already have the export, run a free signal check on it and find out which rows were worth a credit before you buy a bulk block.
