Best Trigify Alternatives in 2026: 8 LinkedIn Signal Tools Compared by What They Replace

Trigify shuts down 22 October 2026. Compare 8 Trigify alternatives by price and by which Trigify job each one replaces, from $56/mo to $150K/yr.

TL;DR: Trigify closes its doors at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and your account does not follow the team to HubSpot. If you used Trigify to catch LinkedIn buying signals on prospects and competitor posts, Getcleed replaces that job at $99 a month flat and adds the scoring and outreach drafts Trigify never had. If you used it to track engagement on your own team's posts, look at SignalRaven or Teamfluence. If you used it for multi-platform listening, budget for Common Room and ask about the Zoom deal first. The table below sorts all eight by the Trigify job they actually replace.

Three weeks is not a long time to replace a tool your reps open every morning. It is long enough, though, if you stop reading vendor rankings where the vendor finishes first.

That is what every page currently ranking for Trigify alternatives is. Teamfluence ranks Teamfluence first. Gojiberry ranks Gojiberry first. Embers ranks Embers first. We are a vendor too, and we are on this list, so here is the deal: we tell you which Trigify job each tool replaces, we quote prices we verified on 1 October 2026, and we say plainly where Getcleed is the wrong answer. You get a shortlist you can trial this week, before access ends on 22 October.

Why Everyone Needs a Trigify Alternative Right Now

On 23 September 2026, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot in an all-cash deal. Investor Haatch reported an exit of up to 3.53x. Good outcome for the founders. For customers, three sentences on the Trigify homepage matter more:

  • "Access will remain available until 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026" for standard contracts.
  • "Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot."
  • Save anything you want to keep "before your account access ends."

So this is not a migration. It is a shutdown with a date. We cover the export checklist and what you lose on our Trigify shutdown page, so this article skips that and does the other job: the ranked comparison of where to go.

One more reason to move fast. Trigify was cheap. The last public ladder ran from a $40 Starter (4,000 credits) to a $199 Max (40,000 credits). A lot of displaced customers are about to discover that the "signal" category runs from $56 a month to $150,000 a year, and that half the vendors who want their business are priced for a different kind of company.

Which Trigify Job Are You Replacing?

Most Trigify alternative lists compare tools that do unrelated things, because Trigify itself did four things and almost nobody used all four. Name yours before you shortlist.

  1. Prospect and competitor engagement. Who reacted to or commented on a competitor's post, a partner's post, or an industry thread, so a rep knows who to contact this week. This is the sales use case and the one most SDR teams bought Trigify for.
  2. First-party engagement. Who engaged with your own team's posts and company page, qualified against your ICP and pushed to the CRM. This is the inbound-led outbound use case.
  3. Keyword and topic listening. Watching LinkedIn and X for phrases like "looking for a new CRM" and routing matches to a channel.
  4. Multi-platform brand listening. Sentiment, mentions and competitor chatter across LinkedIn, X, Reddit and more, usually for a marketing or product team.

If you did job one, you want a signal tool for sales. Job two, an engagement tracker with CRM routing. Job three, a listening tool. Job four, a social intelligence platform, and a bigger budget. The table is grouped the same way.

Take Priya's team as the typical case. Four SDRs at a 60-person payments startup, on Trigify's $40 Starter since March, tracking 50 profiles and a dozen competitor pages. When the acquisition email landed, her first instinct was to find "the same thing." Her usage data said something simpler: 90% of the signals her reps acted on were comments on three competitors' posts. She did not need 11 platforms. She needed job one, done well, with less manual follow-up. That reframing cut her shortlist from nine tools to two.

Not sure which job you were using? Import your Trigify prospect export into Getcleed on the free 7-day trial and see which of those people are showing buying signals today. If the list lights up, job one was your job.

The 8 Best Trigify Alternatives in 2026

1. Getcleed: The Sales-Signal Replacement With the Message Already Written

Getcleed does Trigify's job one and then keeps going. You describe your ICP or import a list (CSV, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Sales Navigator export, or the engagers on any LinkedIn post), and it monitors each person's LinkedIn activity for 11 predefined buying signals: job changes, competitor engagement, pain-point posts, tool evaluation, hiring, funding, and more, plus custom signals you define. Every prospect gets a 0 to 100 relevance score and an AI-written hook that quotes the specific post or comment that triggered it.

That last part is the difference a Trigify user will feel first. Trigify told you who engaged. Your rep still opened the profile, read the thread, and wrote the message. Getcleed hands over the draft with the context already in it, which is where the 30 minutes per prospect was going.

Pricing is $99 a month on annual billing or $129 monthly, for up to 1,000 leads analyzed, unlimited discovery, daily auto-rescoring, CRM sync, and API access. No per-seat multiplier, so a four-person team pays the same as a founder. Setup takes about five minutes and there is a 7-day free trial.

Where it is the wrong answer: Getcleed is LinkedIn-only. If you used Trigify for X, Reddit, or brand sentiment (job four), it does not do that and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It also discovers and scores people; it is not a company-page analytics dashboard.

Verdict: the closest like-for-like Trigify alternative for sales teams, at a price in the same range they were paying.

2. SignalRaven: Qualified Listening Without a LinkedIn Login

SignalRaven watches public LinkedIn activity around the clock, runs each engager through 14 qualification gates, and delivers a signal with who engaged, what they said, why they fit, and a suggested opener. It pushes to Slack, Google Sheets, a webhook, or Clay, and it does not need your LinkedIn session or an extension.

Solo is $99 a month for 2,500 credits, 20 monitored sources, one seat and one destination. Pro is $399 for 11,500 credits, 80 sources, five seats, and signal stacking across 90 days. Scale is $799 with unlimited sources and seats. Add-on credits run $0.04 to $0.06.

The fit is a team that liked Trigify's listening model and wants it cleaner, with less noise, feeding a workflow they already run. It stops at the signal. Outreach, scoring across your whole pipeline, and prospect discovery are not what it does.

Verdict: best Trigify alternative for jobs one and three if you already have a sequencer and want qualified alerts, not a prospecting platform.

3. Teamfluence: First-Party Engagement Into the CRM, Repriced This Week

Teamfluence collects engagement on your team's own posts, profiles, and company pages, qualifies the people against your ICP, and sends them to HubSpot or Salesforce. If your pipeline comes from your founders and AEs posting, this is the Trigify job it replaces, and it replaces it well.

Here is the part every other ranking has wrong. On 1 October 2026 Teamfluence replaced its €89-per-seat tiers with one plan at €449 a month: unlimited seats, 1,000 new leads a month, 20,000 usage credits, and extra lead buckets for purchase. For Trigify customers specifically it offers price matching and a free migration service, which is the only hands-on migration offer we found.

The trade is cost and scope. At €449 you are paying ten times Trigify's Starter for a tool that is strongest on first-party signals. If your reps were tracking competitor posts (job one), this is not the natural home for that.

Verdict: the best Trigify alternative for job two, and the only one that will rebuild your setup for you. Get the price match in writing.

4. Gojiberry: Signals and Sending in One $99 Bill

Gojiberry monitors 30 or so buying signals (job changes, competitor engagement, funding, event activity), scores prospects against your ICP, and then has its AI agents run the outreach across LinkedIn and email. The Pro plan is $99 a month for two LinkedIn senders and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month.

The pitch is "done for you," and for a solo founder it is a genuine time saver. The cap is the catch: two senders at $99, then a custom plan. A four-rep team outgrows it on day one, and because it sends from your LinkedIn accounts, you carry the session risk.

Verdict: a solid Trigify alternative for one or two people who want the whole loop automated and are comfortable with an agent sending on their behalf.

5. PhantomBuster: Raw Extraction If You Will Build the Rest

PhantomBuster pulls the reactions and comments off any LinkedIn post, scrapes profiles, and chains those steps into flows. Starter is $56 a month on annual billing or $69 monthly, for 20 execution hours and five Phantom slots. Plans go up to $439.

It is the cheapest Trigify alternative that covers both prospect and first-party engagement, and that is the whole case for it. What it does not do is qualify, score, or write anything. You get a spreadsheet of names and the job of turning it into a target list, which is roughly what Trigify was saving you from. It also runs against your session cookie, so the 2026 automation crackdown applies.

Verdict: right for an ops person who wants parts, wrong for a sales team that wants a tool.

6. Clay: Build Your Own Trigify, If You Have the Builder

Clay can replicate most of what Trigify did. Pull post engagers, enrich them through a waterfall, score with a Claygent prompt, and route to a sequencer. Launch is $185 a month, $167 on annual, with 2,500 Data Credits and 15,000 Actions; Growth is $495. Clay split its meter into Data Credits and Actions in March 2026, and credits are where the bill grows.

The question is not whether Clay can do it. It is who maintains the table when a provider changes its output or LinkedIn changes its markup. If you already pay a GTM engineer, Clay is the flexible answer and you probably built half of this already. If you do not, you are buying a platform and a hiring plan. We wrote up the trade in detail in our guide to Clay alternatives and the Getcleed vs Clay comparison.

Verdict: the most capable Trigify alternative on the list and the one most likely to be sitting half-configured in six months.

7. Common Room: Multi-Platform Listening at Enterprise Price, Mid-Acquisition

If you used Trigify for job four, Common Room is the nearest serious equivalent. It aggregates signals across LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Slack communities, product usage and your CRM into person-level intelligence, with AI agents on top. Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually, five seats, 100,000 contacts. Advanced and Enterprise are custom. The old $1,000 Starter is gone.

Two things to know before a demo. First, that is $30,000 a year before onboarding, which reviewers put at $5,000 to $20,000, for a job Trigify did at $199. Second, Zoom announced on 2 July 2026 that it is acquiring Common Room to fold into Zoom Revenue Accelerator. You are leaving a product that got acquired. Ask the roadmap question before you sign another annual contract.

Verdict: the right Trigify alternative for a revenue org that needs cross-platform listening at scale, and a wildly wrong one for a four-person SDR team.

8. UserGems: Job-Change Tracking, Priced for Enterprise

UserGems does one Trigify signal, job changes, better than anyone, and nothing else on this list. It watches your past customers, champions and closed-lost contacts, flags when they land somewhere new, and feeds the play into Salesforce or HubSpot. Core is $3,000 a month, $36,000 a year, with a $3,000 to $10,000 implementation fee. Advanced is $75,000 a year and Elite $150,000.

For a company with 20,000 tracked contacts and a real post-sales motion, the job-change trigger is one of the three best signals in B2B and UserGems is the enterprise standard for it. For everyone else, Getcleed detects the same signal as one of its 11 types at $99 a month.

Verdict: a Trigify alternative only if job changes were the whole reason you bought Trigify and you have a six-figure signals budget.

Seen enough tables? The fastest way to compare any two of these is to run them side by side for a week while Trigify is still live. Start the Getcleed trial here, no credit card, and use the same 50 profiles you track in Trigify today.

Trigify Alternatives We Looked At and Left Off

Persana AI. You will see it in older Trigify alternative lists, and in a few recent ones. It does not exist. Persana was acquired by Rox on 1 April 2026 and the platform was sunset on 2 May with customer data deleted. Replacing one shut-down tool with another shut-down tool is a bad week.

Letterdrop. Social selling built around your AEs publishing content, from $995 a month. It is a content engine with signals attached, not a signal tool, and the price is a different conversation.

Warmly. Website de-anonymisation plus intent, quoted around $10,000 a year. Good product, wrong job.

Buska, Clearcue, Embers, Signado, Linked Panda. Indie listening and engagement tools between $10 and $79 a month. Some are good. All are small teams, and after the year the category just had, we would not move a four-person SDR workflow onto a single-founder product without checking who is behind it and how they are funded.

The open-source route. There is a public n8n workflow that recreates Trigify with Apify scrapers and an LLM scoring step. If you have an engineer who wants to own it, it costs almost nothing. If you do not, it is a hobby.

How to Pick a Trigify Alternative Before 22 October

Marcus runs RevOps at a 300-person security vendor. His team paid Trigify $199 a month. Within four days of the shutdown email he had demos booked with two enterprise vendors and a quote for $36,000 a year sitting in his inbox. Nothing about his use case had changed. He was tracking engagement on competitor launches so his AEs could get into deals early, a $99-to-$399 job. The quote was not an upgrade. It was a category error, and it took a usage export to see it.

Use three filters in this order.

1. Match the job, not the feature count. Sales signals on prospects and competitors: Getcleed or SignalRaven. Your own team's engagement into the CRM: Teamfluence. One or two people who want the sending automated: Gojiberry. Cross-platform brand listening: Common Room. Job changes at enterprise scale: UserGems. Parts, not a product: PhantomBuster or Clay.

2. Set the budget band before the first demo. If you paid Trigify $40 to $199, the honest replacement range is $56 to $449 a month. Anything quoted in annual five figures is a different purchase, and you should treat it as one.

3. Run the parallel week. Trigify is live until 22 October. Pick two finalists, point both at the same 50 profiles Trigify tracks today, and judge one thing: did the tool surface the accounts you would have wanted, in time to act? Not alert volume. Every product here can generate more alerts than a rep can read.

Dana, a solo founder selling to agency owners, did exactly that in the last week of September. She ran Getcleed and a listening tool against the 40 agency founders she tracked in Trigify. Over seven days Trigify flagged 31 engagements, the listening tool 44, Getcleed 12. The 12 came with scores above 80 and hooks quoting the exact comment. She booked three calls from the 12, which is more than she had booked from Trigify in a month. Fewer alerts was the feature.

There is a broader version of this argument in our piece on why tech stack consolidation is reshaping sales in 2026: the tools that survive a shutdown migration are the ones that remove a step, not the ones that add a dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Trigify shutting down?
Yes. HubSpot acquired the Trigify team on 23 September 2026 and the standalone platform is being retired. Standard customers lose access at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Accounts and data do not move to HubSpot.

What is the closest Trigify alternative?
For the sales use case (buying signals on prospects and competitor posts), Getcleed is the closest fit and adds scoring and outreach drafts, at $99 a month flat. For engagement on your own team's posts, Teamfluence or SignalRaven. For multi-platform brand listening, Common Room.

What is the cheapest Trigify alternative?
PhantomBuster at $56 a month on annual billing, but it only extracts data. The cheapest tool that qualifies and acts on signals is a tie at $99 a month between Getcleed, SignalRaven Solo and Gojiberry Pro.

Is there a free Trigify alternative?
Clay and SignalRaven offer free trials and Clay has a free tier with 100 Data Credits. Getcleed has a 7-day free trial with no credit card. There is no free tool that does what Trigify did at production scale; the open-source n8n workflow comes closest if you have an engineer.

Will HubSpot release a Trigify replacement?
HubSpot has said the team will apply its expertise to HubSpot's AI products. No product, date or pricing has been announced, and your Trigify account is not being migrated, so you cannot plan a migration around it.

Can I still use Trigify after 22 October 2026?
No, not on a standard contract. Trigify has said customers on non-standard contracts will receive their own dates directly. Check your notice and export your data before your date.

The Bottom Line on Trigify Alternatives

The best Trigify alternatives are the ones that replace the job you were doing, not the ones that win a feature count. For most sales teams that job was watching prospects and competitor posts for buying signals, and that job now costs $99 to $399 a month, not $36,000 a year. Pick two tools from the right row of the table, run them against Trigify for one week while it is still live, and judge them on the meetings they produce.

Getcleed is built for that row: 11 LinkedIn buying signals, a 0 to 100 relevance score per prospect, and the outreach already drafted, at $99 a month flat with no per-seat multiplier. It will not replace Trigify's X monitoring, and we have said so twice. It will replace the part your reps opened every morning.

Migrating off Trigify? Start your free 7-day Getcleed trial, import the profiles you track today, and see which of them are showing buying signals before your access ends on 22 October.
